If you are not happy with your order (or if there is some other reason you must return the item(s), we ask that you follow our return policy to ensure swift resolution.
1.) If you wish to return any or all of the products you purchased, you MUST notify us via email to let us know you will be returning the item(s) so we can work it out.
2.) If you would like to return product(s), you must notify us of your planned return within 14 days of receipt of your items.
3.) All items returned must be in their ORIGINAL condition.
4.) You may request a full refund, an exchange for the same product (if it's a print or photo), or an exchange for different product(s).
5.) Any "full" refunds given will be MINUS shipping charges.
6.) The customer will pay for shipping the item back to us. We will pay for shipping on any exchanged, replaced, or swapped item (we pay shipping back to you if you requested a replacement or different item).
7.) Origami cannot be returned. We apologize for the inconvenience. Because it's so touchy to mail such fragile items, we can't have them bouncing back and forth in the mail.
You may return your item(s) for any reason. If you don't like them, if you no longer need them, etc., so long as you let us know you want to return them ASAP--and as long as they have not been damaged.
Other important notes:
1.) If we sent you the wrong item or items, we will pay for shipping from you to us, and we will pay to ship the correct item(s) back to you. Always.
2.) If we send you a broken or defective item, we will pay for shipping from you to us, and we will pay to ship the correct item(s) back to you. Always.
3.) We carefully inspect all items before sending them out, so defective items should be rare. If we send you the wrong size, etc. we will replace it at our expense.
4.) There are currently no refunds or exchanges on artwork marked "all sales final" on their product page(s).
